In addition to articles about friends and family as supporters, we offer basic information on bereavement support groups and list other applicable resources that are available through the internet.
We also cover the subject of when and why professional support may be necessary via an article written for TRANSITIONS by Dr. Russ Seger, psychologist and lecturer. For those who are struggling with whether or not they need professional help, Dr. Seger clarifies this and other issues.
